We offer free shipping on orders, covering up to $500 CAD.
If your shipping costs exceed this, we will contact you with a quote for the difference.
- All shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If you want your shipment to be insured, please notify us when placing your order.
Delivery Accessibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure successful delivery by:
- Confirming that items fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators.
- Making sure the delivery path is clear and accessible.
- Ensuring the room where the item will be placed is ready and accessible for delivery.
Order Confirmation & Cancellations
- All orders are confirmed via email once payment is received.
- If an item becomes unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you and discuss alternative options or cancellations.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production has started.
