Order Cancellation
- Final Sale: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds and Exchanges
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges and Store Credit: Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of purchase. A 33% restocking fee may apply.
- Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the invoice and receipt.
Final Sale Items
- All floor models and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- All ETA provided at the time of purchase are approximate and may change. Plata Import is not responsible for any delays caused by manufacturers or logistics.
Pickup Notification
- Customers must call 48 hours in advance to arrange pickup details.
Delivery Information
- Delivery fees are not included in the product price.
- Installation and assembly are not included in the delivery price.
- Deliveries are made to the front door unless other arrangements are made with management.
Damage Reporting
- Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery or pickup. Any damages must be reported in writing via email to Plata Import management within 24 hours.
Warranty Policy
- Plata Import does not offer a warranty on any products.
Custom and Third-Party Orders
- Custom orders and products from third-party vendors are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Order Confirmation
- All orders placed via telephone, email, or through our website are confirmed and subject to these policies.
Agreement
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
